  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery is subject to the availability of courier services in the customer’s area.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no additional cost. COD is completely free.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • Customers are advised to track their shipment using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Issues

  • MadhuraFarm.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If an order is received in a damaged condition or items are missing, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos).

  • Requests raised after this time may not be accepted.
